At Hôtel Neuvice, breakfast makes no compromises: organic and local, always. On weekdays the room is open from 7am to 10am; on weekends the hours stretch from 8am to 11am, so everyone can enjoy a slower start.
The Sunday regional brunch
Every Sunday, from 11am, the hotel's interior courtyard hosts a generous regional brunch made exclusively of organic, locally sourced produce. Expect to pay €58 for two, and booking ahead is essential as tables fill up fast.
