Data collected

The Hôtel Neuvice website collects data submitted through the contact form (name, email, message) as well as anonymised browsing data via Google Tag Manager, solely to improve our services and measure interest in direct bookings.

Use of the DataLayer

Interactions with the booking engine (the 'Book' button) generate a booking_intent event in our measurement tool, without transmitting any personal information before redirection to the external booking engine.
